Dogbox Software (ABN 40 986 160 328) operates dogboxsoftware.com.au and develops the Dogbox Accounting application. References to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy mean Dogbox Software.

What information we collect

We only collect personal information that you provide directly to us, primarily through the contact form on this website:

• Your business name (optional)
• Any message you choose to include

We do not use cookies for tracking, we do not run advertising, and we do not use analytics services that collect personal data.

Your business data stays on your machine

The Dogbox Accounting application stores all company data in a .dbox file on your own computer. We have no access to your business data — invoices, contacts, accounts, transactions, or any other records you create in the app. That data never leaves your device unless you choose to copy or share the file yourself.

How we use your information

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Send you a licence key if you have requested one

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

Our contact form is processed by Formspree, which receives the information you submit and forwards it to us by email. Formspree's own privacy policy governs how they handle that data. We do not use any other third-party services that receive personal data from this website.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were submitted. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing dogboxsoftware@gmail.com.

Your rights
